I offer 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions: 30 = A massage for quick relief; time for only one or maybe two body parts. NOT full-body. 60 = A relaxing full-body massage, OR deep focus on one body part. 90 = The best! Time for BOTH deep work on several body parts AND soothing and relaxing full-body work. If you can, book this one. (It's also the cheapest, per minute!)
